Not God, just some of His 'followers', but yeah, they got there first, and likely still do it better.

It isn't about bashing religion or genuine followers. It's about waking people up to the way those beliefs have since been insidiously hijacked for nefarious ends.

Not out of any sense of nostalgia, but to give people things to actually learn and do that they might enjoy. People will always enjoy doing things with their hands, and having something to show for it at the finish.

Oh, some of those old comics have stood the test of time, my friend. As an aside, I've long advocated for taking old skills that are dying out and finding ways to make them relevant in the here and now.
