Even if you end up only liking parts of something, you still have to understand it holistically. By all means take the bits you like, do your own thing with them. But if you aren't realistic about the original concept oddities and contradictions will work their way in and eat you up.

I wonder sometimes if people don't really like the things they obsess over, but convince themselves what is popular extols their own beliefs. This fuels the inevitable backlash when it fails to live up to such a standard. Sometimes you gotta accept what you like handles parts in a chud way.

EMILY WILSON7. The film centers Odysseus's guilt over his war crimes, but never shows us the POV of his victims, and instead glorifies the perpetrator for feeling bad about himself. I found this unsatisfying ethically and worse, imaginatively, because Damon's character is given only one mood (Troubled).
Can't deny Arcsys has cracked a strain of casual appeal, but the way they go about it confounds me. Especially combo structure, if they aren't going to be varied why make them long? Guess people like that type of complexity, something going on but very rigid and lenient. A right answer anyone can do
