That's a relief!

Just finished watching the Avatar movie, had a great time with it, and then opened bluesky to this. I have trouble believing the movie I just saw was made by anything but a team of people who care deeply about 2d animation as a human art form. And yet we really shouldn't even have to wonder.

Did not realize until now that both @joshkeaton.bsky.social and @blumspew.bsky.social are reprising their respective roles from Spectacular Spider-Man for Tokon, and doing stellar work of it too. Really making me wish there was more of this show

Initial impression: this looks really good! Kind of into the idea of an Avatar as the antagonist (if that is actually what's going on), and maybe some sci-fi elements? Might have to rewatch Korra leading up to this
