Yeah there are a lot of arguments where the other person is clearly acting human but stupid or malicious, but there are arguments where the flow of responses and logic just feels non-human.

The confusion from changing the first stop location disproportionately affects reduced mobility riders. Why haven't you done anything to accommodate them? Do they not matter to you?

@bart.gov had to direct a rider in a mobility device where the first car was going to stop, because it isn't indicated anywhere. Bart, why are you making using the service harder for your reduced mobility riders? Why don't you indicate where the first car will stop?
