Krita is my top pick. If you want something that's purely dedicated to 2D animation though, Tahoma2D is a good more developed fork of opentoonz

I've been making vtubers for years, never figured out a way to do a proper middle blink with a texture atlas. Theres ways you can sort of fake it if you use ARKit, but even that still only uses 2 shapes for the blink 🤷

Yes give me all of that, but also my dream phone would just be a 3 inch square screen. I want a tiny modern actual palm-able device for a phone. not these "phablets" they make today. I already have a tablet I don't need my phone to be one too!

yeah I have no experience with cinnamon's tools, but it's probably possible to just swap it out with like flameshot or spectacle if you want to make it more fancy 👍

that depends on what desktop environment + screenshot tool you're using. usually its just the PrtSc button though
