Looks like I added hundreds of lines of copy-paste, single-use spaghetti code to the current project this week. It's not even unusual in my projects, but I've been having more of those days now when my brain can't figure out the simplest for-loops. I wonder if I should give visual scripting a go.

I played some Minecraft on my 2016 OLED tv and the red hearts of the GUI got stuck real bad along with some Ylen Aamu graphics... The model I'm considering (MO27Q28G) has a 3 year burn-in warranty, so I guess they're better now, and the price difference to a comparable IPS display isn't too extreme.

I was already about to get a high refresh rate IPS panel monitor since they're fine and cheap, but for about 3x the price you could get a Tandem WOLED panel one, too, it seems. The last OLED screen I had got severe burn-ins, but that was almost 10 years ago... Going to look into RGB stripe, thanks!

Are OLED (gaming) monitors worth it now?

It's been a bit tough, but I'm trying to work on this in the tiniest increments to still make at least some progress. The round over screen is now closer to something that's okayish. Still needs a bit more bling, maybe some confetti even.
