This day sucks as the prior days too, but I managed to make an epic lemonade, so that's something positive. It's quite bitter because I mashed a whole lemon including the whole zest for it, gosh it's so good. 🤤

Why is this current depression just.... so different than my usual?? I'm really losing my mind .... I packed my weekly medications and I constantly forgot or messed up stuff. Hell I'm scared of taking them lmao, I have no idea if I did it right this time 🥲 Some of them are no joke if taken wrongly

I think I cried more often in the past 24 hours than I did in the whole years of 2025 & 2026 (so far) together 🤣 It's a good thing tho. I'm sad anyway, might as well cry it out. Usually I'm so numb I can't cry at all, so this is an improvement I guess.

The good thing about depression???? Everything is so FUCKING meaningless and I can do WHAT I WANT hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha I told my mum I'm not her therapist/trashcan hahaha in 30 fucking years she lost her trashcan, LMAOOOOOO!!! I never felt this "un-sorry" ever before

I dreamt that I owned a pet lizard, and it constantly broke out of its terrarium and it stressed me the FUCK out. Gosh I woke up and was so so so fucking glad I don't own any pet. And I never will!!! I can't take care of myself for the love of God, so how would I care of a pet 🤣
