He doesn’t deny the accusations at any point. Also he, like other men that abuse their wives, has to say that how she acted afterwards means he is innocent. Nobody believes that, but if all of them say it enough, it becomes their talking point. He’s an unrepentant abuser.

There are times where I wonder if I’m too old, too slow-witted, too cranky to continue being a teacher. But when a lesson comes up and I have to improvise a new lesson mid-class, I still soar. Three students, 3 jr. high boys, 3 eng levels. All laughing & learning. I still got it.

The diarrhea lettuce company, Taylor Farms, uses slave labor contracted from the Arizona Dept. of Corrections. The backbreaking labor is often performed by imprisoned Mexican nationals who would be otherwise ineligble to work in the US. They are paid $1.50 an hour.
