There is construction on my street, and even then, USPS and FedEx are delivery packages. So of course UPS, who has 4 packages, (including Mondo 200X Skeletor) cannot figure out how to deliver. 🤬

I just saw a roadrunner. I wasn’t even aware they were found in East Texas.

My youngest bought me a sticker with 2 of my favorite Pokémon while we were in Tokyo. This is getting put in a special place in the collection.

My favorite non-glow-in-the-dark pic of the night. It’s awesome that Grimlock has fingers now, as poses like this with the Diaclone figures is now possible.

Green Lio Convoy really is the brightest glow in the dark figure I’ve ever owned. No trickery or editing, just a little hit with a UV light and an iPhone.

I can’t believe I got these home all the way from Japan with no damage to the boxes, via a carry on bag on the plane.

Home.

No way I was leaving Japan without one last taste of this nectar of the gods. Got two from the vending machine by the gate right before boarding. Just drank them both. And now, my taste buds will miss it.

Headed home! On the way to the train to the train to the airport now!

Bonus: I used my baby level Japanese to obtain it because they weren’t exactly out on the shelves.

I scored what I think might have been the last New Legends Green Lio Convoy and Missing Link Grimlock at the BicCamera in Shinjuku. Kinda neat that my first true retail Japanese Transformers are Beast Wars and G1.

Had to get this Chip and Dale popcorn bucket.

Eating at the Tomorrowland Terrace because tradition. Trying the Baymax Burger combo because I’ll try almost any gimmick burger at least once.

Standing in line at Tokyo Disneyland. Definitely going to use our umbrellas today. The heat is not good, but so far the crowds are lighter than they were last October.

The voice for the announcements on the buses in Kyoto sounds eerily like what you would get if the LEXX was female.

We made it to the Shinkansen on time! Leaving in 10 minutes for Kyoto! This area is very much like an airport.

Being on social media while on a trip in Japan is weird because early morning and late night is when I can speak to people in the US and sometimes I fall asleep mid conversation. 😂
