I reached a major milestone yesterday. For the first time since I was 12 years old, my BMI is in the "healthy" range. Less than a year ago I was in stage 3 obesity. Weight is not health, of course. BMI is an outdated metric as well but it's the one that's easy to calculate. Hell of a feeling.

My workout: 3x 10 Curls with 25lb dumbells 3x 10 Overhead lifts 25lb dumbells 20 weight assisted chin ups 20 weight assisted chin lifts 3x 10 bicep curls on weight machine 20lbs 3x 10 tricep pushdowns on weight machine 20lbs 30 ab crunches on weight machine(80 lbs) 3x 10 pec fly (20 lbs each arm)

My memories of anime in the 90s were it slowly replaced a lot of the children's animation blocks on Saturday mornings and were generally higher quality for action or adventure than what was on at the time. The most negative reactions I would run into were neutrality or disinterest.

I can't really take much stock from any review of the Odyssey calling it joyless or boring when I watched it and was on the edge of my seat the entire time

A creator whose discord I'm in will be taking submissions in a couple weeks for summer themed movies for August movie night and you KNOW I'm submitting Wet Hot American Summer

I think a running gag in the movie should be that people are always mispronouncing his name "ehbennizer" and he has to correct them

I'm trying to avoid all spoilers for Avengers Doomsday so I haven't watched any of the trailers. I don't plan on ever seeing the movie or anything, I just don't want to know anything about it. That would spoil my experience of not watching these things anymore
