I protested against the war in Vietnam. There was less dishonesty from the government, there was much less racism and little violence was directed against protesters. The Kent State shooting was a shock; today it would just be another day.

Over the last 50+ years Christian Minnesotans - real Christians - have taken seriously the Biblical instruction to welcome the stranger and have sponsored refugee families. Now, these Christians are defending their friends against harassment and torture.
