A bit more work on her torso as I dial in what I'm doing. The layer with the shading has been reduced in opacity so I don't end up drawing on the wrong layer. Trying to keep it separate so I have more control over how I end up lighting it. CSP if you're wondering.

Starting somewhere simple, like this arm. Takes a moment to wake up digital painting process muscle memory, so I'd rather not start on her face if it'll be the weakest part. So far, so good.

The next step is the pencils, but not like I'd usually draw them for an inked piece. This will be pencils with shaded grays. basically creating a pencil grisaille. This takes a few minutes, and I ain't even "painting" yet.
