Next book I read was vol 1 of Monster Hunter: Flash Hunter. I was a bit skeptical after having read Monster Hunter Orage back in the day (which was really bad), but I'm liking this one so far! It's off to a good start!

Started reading another manga I found at my local library and got like 3 pages in before saying "No." and closing the book. There are very few times where I think "you didn't need to localize this" and this is one of them.

Read through vol 1 of The Boy & The Beast, written by Mamoru Hosoda with art by Renji Asai. This one is really good! It's crazy fun, and I love how stubborn both main protagonists are. Definitely going to look into more of this one!

Sometimes I miss when I made my LPs directly through my PS4, doing only lightly-edited 15-20 minute videos. I like the much higher video/audio quality of my stuff today, but I'm crazy nostalgic for that rougher feel earlier LPs had.

I love reading autism quizzes and being only a little unnerved about how many of the questions accurately describe me.

I should really make another video for my anime channel since it's not shadowblocked anymore.

My phone language is set to English. My YouTube app language is set to English. The only preferred language I have checkmarked on YouTube is English. YouTube, why do you keep downloading videos randomly in other auto-dubbed languages?

Next manga I read is Lala: The Memory Collector by Sui Kohno. The artwork here is gorgeous, and it's an incredibly sad and thought-provoking story... saddled with genuinely the worst English translation I've ever seen in a published book.

Next manga I read was volume 1 of On and Off: Work-Life Imbalance. I *really* like this one! It's a super quick read, but the artwork is gorgeous, and the story is super sweet. Definitely need to look into finding more volumes of this!

I was going to write out a long-winded review of Age of Umbra: Sallowlands (so far), but I have almost nothing positive to say about it, so I guess I'll just say I'm not feeling it. I just really really don't like it.

Read through volumes 2 & 3 of Wolf Girl and Black Prince last night. Genuinely surprising that despite having just recently watched the anime, this manga has me hooked. I can definitely see why they cut some of the stuff that they did for this, but I'm having a great time.

Still wild to me to think I started the year off at 280+ lbs and this morning I weighed in at 255. It's not going to last forever, but I'm seemingly losing a pound every single day I work out.
