Also, if you're going to win this election post like this do you a disservice. Every time somebody of "I got mine", which is the voting base for Mayor Bloggins, sees something like this it entrenches their position. It can read like "progress should be slown and free rides should be given"

Yeah that's the ticket. While bureaucratically in house kind of sucks, it's at least not predatory for profit. Expanding and more importantly retaining our public asset portfolio gives us opportunity and options. Not just for low wealth or the disenfranchised - but all economic stratas.
