anyway. doing artfight is like repeatedly stepping on a rake for me bc any time anyone gifts me anything, i go insane trying to figure out a unique way to say "my heart beats another day because of your kindness" 🤪

-that i end up taking too long to say thanks at all. and then i stew over how they definitely think im ungrateful, when in my head ive been thinking for days about their compliment, i just couldnt come up with the perfectly formulated sentence that conveys the exact right amount of appreciation

idk if this is an OCD thing but smth ive noticed abt myself is that i have trouble saying thank you. like. anyone does or says anything nice to me and my brain implodes trying to think of the exact perfect way to thank them. im always trying to cater my replies exactly right and i stress so long-

Woke up this morning with blood on my pillow and I know it’s just from one of the million nosebleeds I get in my sleep (my body does not like minute temperature changes) but it is starting to feel like a series of omens is it not

i dont think a panic attack would help this situation but unfortunately, the harder it gets for me to breathe, the more my body says its time to panic. which is like. the least helpful thing it could do.
