COVID really brought out the absolute worst in our country and it's just gone downhill from there. Every day is just endless stupid news right now.

No need to be respectful. Our country is run by absolute morons and companies looking to make a buck off of our suffering. There's a reckoning coming for all of it eventually.

Found a blast from the past in my closet as I was cleaning it out today.

I would like to give a swift kick in the teeth to many companies, cause boy am I really fucking beyond tired of all this, and the administration has only made it worse by removing so many consumer protections.

Just utterly scummy in every possible way to get every dime out of you that they can. Literally had a service that was charging me $5 extra a month on auto pay that I didn't notice until I went to cancel cause I'm moving and oh, turns out you just had to notice and complain for it to not increase.

I like when you're looking at phone bills and they try to say, you're going to save $500 a year because we're giving you all these extra subscriptions and benefits you didn't ask for and have to pay for if you want unlimited data. I utterly cannot stand what corporations have become.

I tried to block that piece of history from my mind... even I didn't go that far when uncovering that bum's crowdfunding antics lol.

Have worked with people like this myself where they make themselves the center of the room, think they know best... and then wonder why nobody ever wants to work with them or that their own projects failed while putting down the work of others. Ego's a killer man.

See this a lot with devs who worked on big projects at one point, but were not able to make it on their own with their own projects. They live off the work of their former co-workers, try to go independent, can't do it and then blame the world for their failures...

Another former developer who worked on a big game living on the past work of their co-workers while their own projects unfortunately failed so they blame the industry for it.

It's so gosh darn annoying needing an email and documentation for a former contact I used to have and not being able to immediately get it because the company we formerly worked for just gets to keep all my contacts and emails. But they were happy to have it used for a hit piece video on me lol.

Accepted an offer on my house today finally! Moving next week so couldn’t have come at a better time. Excited for my next chapter.

The fact they just won't release a quick video of this guy with the current date and time. He's 100% dead or brain-dead and they're just hiding it.

Done with the Halo CE bonus missions. Fun level design with gorgeous visuals. My guess is if they’re remaking Halo 2 and 3 as well that we’ll get a continuation of the story started here as bonus missions in each of those games too.

Wow. I had a blast with this. Really fun movie with great visuals. Lots of great comedy moments too.
