is it bad to have too many genres on an album? i'm writing/recording stuff and have a couple of post-hardcorish songs, some power pop, some beatles-ey stuff and now i've written a banger metalcore tune but it's like lmao at the same time it'd be a shame for it to rot in my drive forever xd

I'm introducing a friend to classic Doom through Sunlust on HMP, and I'm realizing despite the high bar difficulty wise starting out, that it's really good at teaching how the game works in controlled environments early on. Anyways, I'm really proud and happy right now lol

i really wanted to track vocals today but i had to bleach my walls because the evil is growing in them. and i still have a bit to bleach so tomorrow i'll finish erradicating the evil and then hopefully i'll be able to music a bit!

ok so if i post just screenshots it gets interactions, and if i post screenshots with the link to the wad it gets none. so i tried posting the screenshots and responding with the link and it also gets none. i guess not sharing actual finished work is the way to go? lmao
