In humorous news, now that it is clear our entire family has ADHD, let me tell you it really confuses reality when like attracts like so aggressively. Kids "Does everyone have ADHD?" Me "No, just everyone you like to hang out with."

I love that my kids are historically skeptical about my answers to questions I'm knowledgeable about, but my 12yo just asked me to design a hockey conditioning program for her. (I mean, I have done *a lot* of PT, it is true, buuuuuut)
