New Spider-Man felt more like an actual Spider-Man film than the last few, at least for a while. That runtime is nearly 150 minutes cos they just had to overstuff it. Some work, some do not. Good time, but I felt like I could read every plot point about 30 minutes in advance.

Think I'll tick off a few musicals I've not seen before the three month horror binge. Starting off with 42nd Street (1933).
