But datacenters are not a meaningful climate issue. That would be cars, airplanes, and factories. The climate impact of a datacenter is so ridiculous small that air conditioners or waterings lawns are on a bigger scale.

A power plant only gives direct jobs to what? 20 people? Maybe we should shut them down since who needs electricity for their jobs... Just like who requires internet for their jobs...
