The GOP is so successful because they were the ones promising radical change. It's time the Democrats got with the times and adopted a policy of major, radical, reforms. I hope to see more DSA-aligned Democrats get elected soon.

Ppl like the DSA because they want radical change. And they know that they'll never get that change by voting for establishment dems. Asking them to once again vote against your enemy is not going to appeal to any of them or mean anything to them.

Maybe the Democrat party got into this mess because you rely on people voting against your opposition, never *for* you. You never gave leftists any real solutions to the things that are ravaging our society. Never anything to really believe in.

Maybe people are "tempted by democratic socialists" because they are socialists and/or believe in socialism in some form. The kinds of ppl who like and support the DSA are the kinds of people who vote according to their values, not strategy.

That being said, the worst thing you can do is stay at home and not even vote. GO VOTE!

You can vote out politicians. But most of the 1% are not politicians. Candidates that actually are committed to dismantling their power are extremely rare. No mainstream politician or candidate is going to be a threat to their power.

The 1% will keep their power no matter who you vote for, because no major party will seriously challenge that power. They are designed not to. And most candidates are bought and paid for by the ruling class. If you want the 1% to be fully removed from power, you need to overturn the entire system.
