So my housing association have moved me into a flat with a broken boiler. This property has been empty for several months so they had time to fix it but no one did. The boiler guy told me he told them about the issue in December. It will require scaffolding to access/fix Anyway I have no hot water

Anyone have non-patronising tips for coping with pain? Especially when there's uncertainty about the cause of the pain (so added anxiety cycle) Painkillers only taking me so far. Doctors uninterested. Awaiting surgery, although there's some disagreement over whether this is all gallbladder sth else
