I needed a second hep a (missed it) my DTAP was nine years old. They wanted me to have typhoid. And when he said he assumed I had had measles i said I had no record of having one so he offered MMR. He asked about yellow fever (already had it) and rabies (also had a course).

He said I didn’t need hep B unless I was spending time with friends and family. He said dengue was not common but recommended wearing insect repellant all the time and malarial tablets.

They didn’t offer it or suggest it. Risk is low apparently and I’m going to have to be wearing a lot of repellent to avoid quite a few other mosquito borne illnesss.

I would place a small wager, that you could get the same effect with some cheap textured insoles designed for this kind of thing. Lots of people sell them--they are cheap and will work in any pair of trainers
