Oscar-winning actress Brenda Fricker has passed away at age 81. Most of us remember her as the "Pigeon Lady" that Kevin fears (then later befriends) in Home Alone 2. I feel bad not knowing she was more than just a sentimental character in a comedy film. May she rest in peace.

I remember listening to a cassette as a kid that had a bunch of '60s songs on it, but I later learned that they were re-recordings or other thing. Here's one of the songs I remember. This is the original song, not the one I heard on that cassette. I'll bring you more of these songs...because I can.
