And how did your strategy turn out …? Harris was not elected and how did that effect change with the Palestinians….your vision and tactics were short sighted and quite honestly racialized in the intent. There was never agreement with the bombing most people of color did not support it

You have misconstrued the crux of my commentary but I realize that your play on semantics is meant to distract. He supported the Uncommitted movement and that is factual whether during the primary or general election the impact was purposely initiated to hurt Harris.
Ibrahim ibnRambamWe started talking about El-Sayed, who you now acknowledge endorsed Harris. Those who did not vote for Harris personally knew Palestinians or Arabs killed by Israel with bombs given by Biden. You condemn them and not the white people who elected DJT. Why? www.pewresearch.org/politics/202...
Bro’ you have not been on here long enough to make that statement…I speak to the racialized social construct in my posts. The societal conditions that frame our discussion today…you and I are viewing a problem through the lens of our lived experiences. I remain committed to our struggle for freedom.
Ibrahim ibnRambamWhite people are the only demographic that overwhelmingly voted for Trump. I hear you condemn Arab-Americans but not the white people who elected DJT. Why is that? www.pewresearch.org/politics/202...
She did not support the bombings and we will never know what she would have done because Trump won and …by the way it allowed Trump to win….and how did that turn out? Can you substantiate how a non-vote helped….? Blacks have always voted for the party even when the party did not speak for us. Facts.
PabloThe whole point of teaming up with Liz Cheney was to show Brown people that she absolutely supported the bombings..... Facts not feelings!
My comment has nothing to do with silencing voices the uncommitted action led to the election of Trump whose disdain and hatred for Black people is incomprehensible to be contextualized by non-Blacks. Many Black men and women did not support the bombing in Gaza.
Ibrahim ibnRambamAs for Black leaders, I remember Dems getting upset about Biden being interrupted at an AME church, but I do not remember the same Dems saying to listen to Black church leaders. @musingsbykevin.bsky.social what do you think? www.nytimes.com/2024/02/16/u...
While Ta-Nehisi Coates is a superb author he does not speak for the entire Black community (neither do I) however, the non-votes were directed at VP Harris not Biden. As a Black man living in America we deal with this type of selective memory regularly. You do not know what she would have done…?
Ibrahim ibnRambamWhy would Arab-Americans and Muslims be upset with Biden's policy, which Harris said she would not change? Coates said he could not tell people to vote for more bombs for Israel. youtu.be/mJhW7UtwGW4

I have read Ta-Nehisi’s piece and while agreeing with much and personally advocating for the genocide in Gaza to stop immediately. I remember many Muslims disrupting VP Harris’s meetings and public demonstrations against her while knowing that she did not support the bombing. Facts not feelings
Ibrahim ibnRambamThe primary was objecting to Biden’s policy, and had no consequence on the general election. El-Sayed was not against Harris, despite the objections of his community. As for Black community perspectives, consider Ta-Nehisi Coates www.vanityfair.com/story/the-ne...
Bro’ not a problem but you omitted an important aspect, in that, El-Sayed advocated voting uncommitted in MI’s 2024 Democratic primary. He did endorse Harris in the general election. I may have been wrong in the actual date of his support but, requesting support from our community now; rings hollow.
Ibrahim ibnRambamUh wrong, July 22, 2024 is more than four months before the election, over one hundred days. The day after Biden dropped out. Here is the tweet. @musingsbykevin.bsky.social ready to acknowledge you are wrong? x.com/AbdulElSayed...
He endorsed her 3 days before the election. In fact, he is not the only person who advocated not supporting VP Harris while encouraging others not to vote as a protest against her stance of the Gaza war. Now our vote is needed…after disrespecting our community…..facts just the facts. Trump is on you
Ibrahim ibnRambamHere @musingsbykevin.bsky.social is what Elsayed actually said.
More members of the Trump Crime Syndicate………..
emptywheelTrump endorsed both Ashley Moody and James Uthmeier in advance of the August 18 primary yesterday. Both are implicated in the suspected theft of $10M in Medicaid payments to use for political purposes--basically what Trump is trying to frame Tim Walz for. www.cbsnews.com/miami/news/f...
The cowardice displayed by the GOP speaks to a sorry collection of frauds who have assisted in resetting of our moral compasses……our direction is rudderless with these corrupt people at the helm.

I do not remember him specifically supporting Harris as much as I do remember him supporting those who voiced opposition in supporting her. The irony is that he is now seeks support from Black voters….
Allison GillWhat El-Sayed actually said about why he was voting for Kamala Harris ahead of the 2024 election.
It is shameful that the IRS will prosecute us for not paying taxes but Trump and his family are exempt from having to pay theirs. DamNation……
conifergirlWhy do we bother obeying the law and paying our taxes when the President does neither? He is playing us all for fools!
