Nothing can match experiencing Mario in 3D for the first time in Super Mario 64, but SunShine still has a special place in my gaming history.

Don't know what it is but since getting home from work my mojo has just completely gone. Made some dinner though.

Trying to be a bit more active on my gaming Instagram, and with Nintendo announcing Super Mario SunShine is finally coming to Switch 2. I figured i might as well share my Gamecube original.

Hooked up the PS3 again, so playing some PS1 games for a change.

Super happy with today's gym session and run. Especially as when I woke up I couldn't be arsed to do either. This morning was a I just want to play video games and be away from people.

Happy Sunday folks! Ready to play some video games.....oh dang it, I said I'd do an extra shift.🥲 I Guess Animal Crossing, and the Johto region will have to wait till later.

This furry visitor was sitting at the bottom of the drive this morning, bird watching in the headge I suspect.

Little mooch walk this morning through the woods. I see the mountain bikers are making themselves a little track.

Not much compares to sitting outside during the summer playing some Pokémon.

Nice little run after the gym this morning, luckily it was upper body, so the legs went into this relatively fresh. 😅

Finally got 1st on City in Rave Racer, was a close call as I fell back to 2nd & 3rd a couple of times, but got some clean exits and got 1st eventually.

I think tonight's dinner turned out ok in the end. The lamb didn't come out as we would of liked, but there we go. 😅

We are lucky we get views like this basically 10 min from our house.

Someone is appreciating the garden shade this evening.

Post gym run. First time trying this route as well. Wasn't keen on the incline at one point, but we did it.

One of the things I'm enjoying more and more about retro gaming is that, it was just simple experience. You picked a car, track and off you went. No complex open worlds, endless configuration options to play around with.

A few pictures from this morning's walk/run/sprint test. The PT has reminded me as much as I love (obses over) my run stats, it's about getting out there so thats just what we did this morning. Did a mix of walking, running & something I haven't done in a few years some max speed sprints.

Taking advantage of the post run pre work gap to get some Pokémon Red done in the garden.
