Nonsense - no matter what you think of the red card (and it was harsh) you can’t have one rule for the US and another rule for the rest of us if you want o be taken seriously in a game involving the whole world. It’s corrupt.

You can’t just pick and choose what rules you want to follow. There’s been plenty of questionable decisions made but you want to ignore these ! American exceptionalism at its worst.
