Dream big Seattle and maybe the rest of the US will notice and follow
Gordon PadelfordBack in 1889 when Seattle’s population was just 50,000, the city envisioned growing 5X to 250,000, and set out to build a publicly owned water system that would make it possible. (Seattle reached 250k about 20 years later www.historylink.org/file/10945). We should dream big about our future again.
