I keep trying to express things politely and it keeps coming out "sorry! You don't have to give me human rights if that's inconvenient!" And I know why I'm doing it, which is that my whole life, I've been called angry and scary. Like, any space at all is too much space to take up. It's exhausting.

The reason climate doomerism is so infuriating is because it's always like five companies doing it, yet a huge number of people just go, "well as a species we are destined to destroy the earth." The idea that you could just put restrictions on corporations not entering anyone's mind here I guess.
