I just ordered my books for next semester. One of them ended up $62 cheaper by buying it from the college bookstore. This economy is insane.

One of my highlights was when 3 peeps waved me over and I stopped to say hi before I realized they were waving to the person BEHIND ME and then they let me just hang with them a few minutes to save face and they were awesome thank you new besties.

When it's 1 am and your brain is looping the Free Design ear worm "kites are funnnnnn. Kites are funnnnnnn."

Oh my offkai rules: tell me your screen/user name because there is going to be so much noise and confusion that my ability to recognize faces will be at an all time low and I don't want to steal Bri's "who even was that" bit, especially if I will be doing it unironically.

A solid 2 hours listening to terrible, static-y hold music before that poor gov agent got me in the queue. I was beyond breaking point and literally started with "buckle up, this is gonna be a wild ride" then autistic info dumped them because I had no self-regulation left.

4 more days until Offkai officially starts! I have now got to the point on the timeline where I am having the most brilliant ideas but no time to execute said brilliant ideas. How are you all doing with your preparations?

It's the first day of Offkai week! My adhd brain is almost, aaaaaaaaaalmost, to the point where it realizes time is gone, it is impossible to complete what I planned on doing, I have a breakdown, and then I pack and get to the airport 4 hours early.

I love when my package gets delivered before I wake up. I love even more when my package gets delivered, brought inside, opened, and all my goodies arranged nicely next to my favorite cup so I am sure to see them when I do wake up. Get yo'self a papacookie. They are the best.

I love how printing 20 pages takes 4 hours and all but 10 minutes of that time was spent troubleshooting the zillion things wrong with the stupid printer. Am I the only one that has to basically sacrifice a goat to the appliance gods before literally anything works?!?

The wildfire smoke has given everything this super bizarre yellow tint that is very eerie. The grass isn't green, it's chartreuse. The sky is a shade of winter butter. Honestly, I prefer Silent Hill fog to this creepy yellow glow we got going on. It is unnerving. I am unnerved.
