i mean i can only tell you what i've been able to report and the cosponsors of the bill spoke at the presser announcing the executive order, so everyone seems very committed to working on this together

a rep from her office told me she's still considering signing the Act, and i will say that advocates for/sponsors of the Act were very positive about the executive order! could be that it's an attempt to save face but folks seem to be very hopeful
