Elon Musk is the kind of guy who, were he to kill himself in a bunker one day, could be counted on to utter "I will never be le epic bacon," or some equally deeply cringe equivalent, as his last words. And I think it's important, on some level, to let him know that we all know it.

There’s a very prominent mosque not far from here. Call me when Alexander’s willing to try and pose in front of that.

Here, look. I shot this on the way to work today. It’s the same stretch of road, shot from roughly the same spot, but Chris Alexander’s not a part of it. What do you say we keep it that way?

We are unfortunately at a point at which it would take no small amount of economic restructuring to admit that he’s not, is the thing. And that sucks, but it’s got to be done.

I’m not saying the Editor in Chief of the Economist ought to be showing Musk a photo of himself as Wario on “Saturday Night Live” and saying “This fucking sucks,” but you get what I’m saying.

If done right, each supports the other without diminishing their shared truth. On the one hand, he’s a contemptible fascist who has killed closed to a million people, either intentionally or through inept negligence. On the other, what a cringe chud whose sperm no cool women want.

I’m glad that we’re starting to see more “Elon Musk is a menace to society” headlines, but if we truly want to destroy him, we’re also going to need a steady flank of “Elon Musk is a cringe loser who will never be funny or cool” headlines.

He will surely point to some wins and some relatively progressive ideas during his time as Immigration Minister, but if you're doing so to defend yourself against accusations of racism in a bid to become the mayor of a heavily multicultural city, I feel like you're on the back foot.

Also, I just realized that Alexander posed for this photo at the top of my block, and although he’s allowed to do that, I don’t like it. There are a lot of people in this neighbourhood that, for lack of a better way to put it, he would have had us report to the federal government.

I’ve been wrong before, but this strikes me as bad news for Bradford and that’s about it.

I think that Alexander’s two biggest liabilities in this race would be that most voters won’t remember who he is, and that the rest of us will.

My favourite part of this sketch has always been the woman in the audience having the absolute time of her life.
