A local Rite-Aid did that so I went to the dollar store next door and got what I needed (a $1 nail file!). They went out of business. Our local Walgreens doesn't lock things up and they're always busy, still in business. It feels apocalyptic to me when they lock up toothpaste. It's just so grim.

This is true and so terrible. I also believe that black beauty and talent scares them on an existential level. Because white supremacy is an absolute lie and seeing beautiful, talented black people loved and appreciated rocks the foundational pillars of their disgusting belief system.
