Unfortunately, the state can't protect the citizens. There's high crime, no bail policies, etc. It can't protect property either as the billionaire tax will allow government to seize property. We all know it won't stop with billionaires.

When I was growing up we called those "the projects". They had cinder block walls. Weeds growing all over the place. Congrats.
