My trip to Texas last week was my first trip there. It was interesting to see The Texas foodways, like a Tex-Mex place with fried homemade tortillas and queso.

What's your opinion on these hippo tacos, as food?

I don't see them in Illinois, where I do occasionally see breakfast burritos. But, I did see a whole selection at a restaurant near the UT campus when I was in Austin last week.
