This week I attended the Jefferson Davis County Democratic Party’s planning meeting in Bassfield. It was a great evening! We’re going to keep working hard in every county because Mississippi’s Third Congressional District is the most competitive House race in our state, and we can win!

Last weekend, I stopped back in Neshoba County to support their fish fry fundraiser. Afterward, Supervisor Obbie Riley gave me a tour of his chicken farm. It was an impressive operation! Thank you again to Neshoba County for your continued support

Last weekend, I joined One Voice and an incredible group of volunteers at the Forest Public Library in Scott County for their Back to School Backpack Giveaway. Wishing every student a successful school year!

Last weekend, I had the opportunity to attend the Candidate Meet & Greet hosted by the Neshoba County Democratic Party. I'm incredibly grateful to the Neshoba County Democratic Party for once again putting together an outstanding event. Thank you to everyone who made the amazing day possible!

It was great to be back with the Lauderdale County Democratic Party in Meridian last week. I was able to share an update on our campaign and why I truly believe we can win! I'm grateful for everything the Lauderdale County Democrats continue to do for our campaign and for our party.

Last weekend, I had the opportunity to attend Lauderdale County's E-911 Class at the invitation of Chief Randall Davis. It was an outstanding program, and I came away with an even greater appreciation for the dispatchers and first responders who work together every day to keep our communities safe.

Last weekend, I had a great time at Jeffery Simmons Fun Day and Fireworks Celebration in Macon. I want to especially thank Mayor Freddie L. Poindexter for inviting me and for the kindness he showed throughout the day. Thank you as well to Jeffery Simmons, best of luck in your upcoming season!

Last week, I had the opportunity to attend the Mississippi Municipal League Annual Conference in Biloxi. I've always believed that government begins and ends with our local elected officials and I look forward to working alongside them to bring more resources and opportunities back to Mississippi.

I want to sincerely thank the Neshoba County Democratic Party for hosting such a wonderful meet and greet last week. A special thank you to Mr. Munchies for hosting, and to Taneka Moore Jordan's CakeMeWithU for the desserts We're building something special together, and we're just getting started!

Last weekend, I had the honor of joining the Shubuta Municipal Democratic Party for its monthly meeting to share an update on our campaign. As a Shubuta resident, it means a great deal to have the support and confidence of the people who have welcomed me into this community.

I’m honored to have the endorsement of State Representative Kabir Karriem. Representative Karriem serves as Chairman of the Mississippi Legislative Black Caucus and has been a strong advocate for economic opportunity, community development, and expanded political participation across Mississippi.

Last Friday, I had the opportunity to return to Starkville and once again join the weekly protest outside my opponent’s office. I continue to be inspired by the dedication and consistency of the people who show up to make their voices heard!
