My @tordotcom.bsky.social novella, Nightshades, is $1.99 in the US Kindle store today! The goal was to write an episode of a really great TV procedural–but instead of serial killers, this team hunts vampires. I think I (coffin) nailed it. www.amazon.com/Nightshades-...

For 4 days at SDCC I tried to look my best/most professional. But bc I underpacked (for once) I ended up in of my husband’s T-shirt today…and after an unfortunate incident with my last skirt, I wound up pairing it w/cheap I ❤️SAN DIEGO shorts. Rolling through the airports with a very specific energy.
Thank you so much to Kelly Sue for sharing her craft book recs at this morning’s panel. I would add Making Comics Like the Pros by @fredvanlente.bsky.social to the list too.
Kelly Sue DeConnickSome of these are notes that won’t make sense to anyone but me, but the book recs are there!
I texted this to my Star Wars-obsessed husband, who’s in the other room. I think I hear him crying.
Chris MakaI shared this on the Book of Face and forgot to share it here. It's amazing lol.
Holy shit, Absolute Batman is so good. I really feel like one of you should have said something.
As a reader, this sounds so exciting! As an author, my brain is exhausted just thinking about the research required. 😆 Congratulations, Paul!
Paul Cornellwww.thebookseller.com/rights/the-b... Here it is, if you can read Bookseller articles! I have a two book deal with @thebrokenbinding.bsky.social starting with Oh Fortuna! Which is a romp though an alternate history where everyone’s pantheons of gods are real!
I fucking loved Supergirl. Go see it. Go see it this week, if you can. Not just because it’s a wonderful good time in the “We can make James Gunn’s optimism an actual brand” way, but because making sure women-led films make money benefits every little girl alive today and in the future.
