After a very brief respite from the heat, temperatures will spike across England and Wales again early next week with the mid 30s Celsius possible in the southeast on Monday🌡️ This hot and humid spell won't last long and may be accompanied by some scattered thundery downpours⛈️

Scattered showers gradually easing across Scotland this evening but the odd heavier one is possible in the northeast at first🌦️ Largely dry with sunny spells elsewhere, but as high cloud arrives in the south, any sunshine turning increasingly weak and hazy🌥️
