Some much-needed SCOTUS reforms from Robert Reich. I’d like to hear more about these ideas but they really aren’t radical. Just different—it wouldn’t be reform if it wasn’t. Clearly, there need to be guardrails and limits. It’s a sad revelation that not even SCOTUS Justices will abuse their power.
