OUTRAGEOUS! DHS officers in Portland detained an Indigenous activist wearing the MMIW handprint outside the ICE facility. Suppressing peaceful demonstrators exposes the deep disregard for native lives. Indigenous sovereignty and human rights cannot be silenced.
