i thought of another funny detail about this guy i knew but i probably shouldn't post all of my funny stories about people i've known because i might want to use them in my actual writing later.

in my early 20s i knew this gay guy who was not only a virgin but also didn't jack off. he had an encyclopedic knowledge of pitchfork album scores, like you could say an album and he'd know it was a 7.4 right off the dome. i can only assume it was extreme sexual repression that enabled this power

i hear so much music now that is obviously emo rap but they're usually not calling it that because that's not a cool thing to be doing. or it sounds like sleigh bells but no one who listens to it has heard of sleigh bells for some reason

for a long time i didn't think i could be experiencing chronic pain or fatigue bc i assumed that i would have noticed somehow if i was in more pain than a usual person. but not really bc i had nothing to compare it to. i did notice being more tired than most people but figured that was my fault

i had a bunch of friends like this around 7 years ago but i would regard it as a personal failing on my part if i still had this sort of a person in my life
