these people want US citizens to live in a bubble where they know nothing about the rest of the world. History is full of countries who proclaimed they had a divine favour, hell the US is literally celebrating the anniversary of their independence from a country with "god and my right" on its logo.

I guess one observation could be made that the games industry trying to shift so that everything "can be done by contractors" is kinda trying to turn game development into yet another gig economy. Which sounds horrible, doesn't it?
Face plantSounds like they're aiming to save even more costs by forcing everyone to move to Unreal. So they can use contractors. Despite each version of Unreal has also been modified by teams to make it do what they need
