So, being me (the #GiantGoofballOfMicrobiology) I had to photograph this plate in the dark. And I created this video, showing beauty in contamination!

Yet this one plate clearly had an invader, tracking bacteria about like mud on shoes. Again, this was only one plate, thank the Microbial Gods.
