The UK might not be perfect but the music charts have never been separated. US for decades black artists would rarely get in the pop/rock charts because they were assigned as R&B/Soul and Jazz because - racists. Specialist UK magazines have long had separate charts the main chart was always the BBC

In the USA, everything is owned by massive companies, new ideas, new people, new music, new fashion doesn't happen unless they want it to. Also, communities are widely dispersed, people generally follow their local things, this means nothing changes fast. New in LA won't make it in NYC etc.

This is my specialty subject for Mastermind. Why things happen quickly in the UK and the USA is more like a slow tanker and nothing really changes. The whole of the UK can fit in between Dallas, Houston and San Antonio. The UK has national TV, Radio, Newspapers, it's much easier for stuff to happen

I expect most corporate IT dept's to block this for MANY reasons, while Microsoft has made it dependent on a number of rigorous pre-reqs, using it would absolutely violate HIPPA and also LEGAL data retention rules as the data is stored on your PC.
