With the release of SPIDER-MAN BRAND NEW DAY it's the perfect time, Sony, to please release MORBIUS back in theaters. It's Morbin' time!

The one time I wrote for them, an editor gave me the snarky note to resist referring to Bruce Lee as "little dragon" because it was patronizing and, my friends, "little dragon" is the stage name he gave to himself. Also, it's not patronizing to the Chinese. They ignored my next several pitches. Yep.

Whenever people like @www.johnbleasdale.com and @kierlajanisse.bsky.social mention my MIRACLE MILE book, or anything I've written at all, I confess I cry. Hard. I'm stoic in most but fragile in some ways and being recognized by people I love and respect destroys me instantly. Thank you guys.

Of the myriad ways I love & respect my editor @flmfrkcentral.bsky.social, him making the decision with me a few years ago to stop covering the MCU is high among them. Not because of issues with quality - but because they seemed to make it official PR strategy to pick on a senior citizen who's right.

Terrible

At some point the "Well, the reason it didn't make ONE BILLION DOLLARS instead of $700m in 10 days is because there's 15min of people that make me feel ooshy in it" narrative will begin. Has it begun? It's begun, hasn't it.
