Update on my AC saga: My complex is refusing me a rent credit, bc they said they provided me 2 temporary units. Even with those units, my apt was 83 degrees FOR 6 WEEKS. Those units also raised my electrical bill by a lot. They won't help me compensate that. I'm so tired and so frustrated.
