They didn't know about the laws regarding ESAs. Even this POS lazy slumlord told me to my face that she cannot deny ESAs. She also can't charge pet rent. So I told all of the people I've met here on the property. 😁

Many people here are disabled and don't know their rights. They don't know that the landlord has to fix things because the voucher holders look at the units each year and will withhold payment otherwise. Not sure the last time some of the tenants even had an inspection by their voucher holders.
