It's not hypocritical to critique capitalism while participating in it. We're literally critiquing it because we're forced to participate in it, in order to survive. The goal is to change that.

Capitalism promised us tech would solve all our problems. Instead, it gave billionaires more than enough wealth to create bigger problems. It's not just capital, it's also an absurd surplus of power that they're actively using to make things worse.

This isn't "just how things are", capitalism is a phase, doomed by its own internal contradictions. That everyday rage you feel is a totally normal reaction to those contradictions. Turning that rage into organized, collective action, is the biggest "fuck you" possible to the machinery of capital.
