Anyone else want to immediately stop reading a book with blatant typos? I've seen 3 so far and 2 very misspelled words (60 pages in) and I'm wondering if anyone read this before it got published? #booksky 📚💙

I finished reading "East of Eden" by Steinbeck yesterday. It's something that eluded me through school & college. Now, after reading it, I'm glad I read it as an adult. So much of it would've been lost on me at a younger age. It was amazing & I can't stop thinking about it. #booksky #litfic 💙📚🖋️

I am trying to read "Outlander" by Diana Gabaldon, but I may have to move it back to my TBR list. I just finished a long book that I enjoyed, but this one is also long and I'm not ready to commit to it. I know a lot of ppl love it, but it's not working out for me right now. #booksky 📚💙

I read "The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo" by Taylor Jenkins Reid. I am not a diehard fan of Jenkins but really enjoyed this book. I wanted to know more about a few of the characters, and I wanted more time for the main character to talk to Evelyn at the end. Definitely worth reading. #booksky

#iwtv #tvl I watched ep 2 of Vampire Lestat (again) and I just don't know. I am torn between my adoration of Sam Reid and this show. Love him, but hate the frenetic pacing. So much good stuff is being rushed past. I wish they'd put season 3 of The Newsreader on AMC+ - I'd rather watch that tbh.
