I will sometimes bump the difficulty up on replays. I did this for Mass Effect to get the Insanity trophies (ME2 is *rough* on the high difficulties) and Uncharted. Uncharted is especially good for replays, because depending on what you've done, you can enable cheats to make it easier. 😁

The entire Mass Effect series, but specifically Mass Effect 2. Dragon Age to a lesser extent. Also, all thr Uncharted games. I'm still sad every time I finish that series.
